The CX Case is a quick insertion housing for the Crucial Technology X9 and X10 drives that allows the drive to be mounted to cameras, smartphones and camera cages and all video equipment with 1/4” -20holes. Simply slide the drive into the opening slot and secure by tightening the half wing nut.
The CX Cage is the only cage currently available made specifically for the “X” series of drives. As it was designed specifically for the Crucial Technology X9 and X10 SSDs, there is no excess weight added by including components that allow the cage to expand for various size SSDs. This feature makes it ideal for gimbal setups and direct to disc recording on smartphones, DSLR style cameras, cinema cameras and iPads.
